Torrance ranked Nation’s 32nd Most Livable City – According to www.Livability.com  – Torrance was just ranked 32nd in the nation for most livable city!  What a great honor, but somehow it feels to me, a Torrance resident, that we should rank much higher!  Read about it in the recent Daily Breeze Article.

The Hollywood Riviera, a lovely section of Torrance right on Torrance Beach,  annexed by the city of Torrance in 1927, beat the city of Redondo Beach to the punch.  To this day, part of the Hollywood Riviera still holds a Redondo Beach P.O. Box address, but all of the Hollywood Riviera is part of the City of Torrance.

The city of Torrance has so much to offer including, great schools, amazing weather, excellent healthcare with two top hospitals – Little Company of Mary and Torrance Hospital at the helm, and great shopping.  The Del Amo Mall is still morphing itself into an incredible mecca for shoppers, diners and movie goers!
