What’s for sale in the Hollywood Riviera right now you ask?  Well, there are 23 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $885,000 for a fixer upper on the Torrance 90505 side of town to a $4,135,000 single family home located on Paseo de la Playa – right across the street from Torrance Beach.  It’s a fabulous contemporary style home that’s been recently remodeled throughout.  What’s in between?  Well, there are homes that basically average about $1.2 million dollars.  For that money you get a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with about 1700 square feet that was built in the 1950’s and has been added on to and updated since then.  For about $1.450K, you’ll get a view added to that or no view and much more updated.

There are also 3 condos and/or townhomes currently available. They range in price from $649K for a condo to $1.6K for a nice townhouse on the beach.  Ultimately, with 26 properties currently available in the Hollywood Riviera, it’s the most inventory we’ve had for quite a while.  Properties here that are priced well and look great are still selling very quickly.  Buyers are very savvy today and know when a home is overpriced and thus those properties tend to sit on the market for a much longer time.
