We are starting the year off with record low levels of inventory.. again. There are only 8 homes currently for sale in the Hollywood Riviera. This number is sure to increase as we approach to busy spring selling season. Low inventory typically brings upward pressure on prices as it is simply a supply and demand formula (think guns and butter for anyone who has taken an economics 101 class).
